Finance And Administration Officer

Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all financial transactions strictly comply with organization policies and local banking regulations.
  • Prepare for annual external audits and respond to auditors if required;
  • Ensuring that all financial records are complete and up to date.
  • Managing bank accounts and preparing periodic reconciliations;
  • Processing transactions and payments in accordance with organization’s policies and established approval levels;
  • Processing payroll, calculating and remitting tax and other statutory obligations.
  • Management of debtors and creditors.
  • Consolidating departmental budgets and preparing periodic financial reports.
  • Handling procurement processes in accordance with organization’s procurement policy.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.
  • Cross selling the company’s services and products.

Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills Required:

  • A business related bachelors’ degree
  • At least one year experience performing similar duties.
  • Sound knowledge of information technology and cyber security.
  • Very good interpersonal relation skills;
  • Ability to accomplish complex tasks in complex environments;
  • Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities.
